Meet Franciska J, Design Consultant at 24 Hour Floor

Meet Franciska J, Design Consultant at 24 Hour Floor. Franciska has been with 24 Hour Floor since October 2022 and consults with homeowners and businesses in the Port Saint Lucie, Jensen Beach, Stuart, Jupiter and Northern Palm Beach County areas. Born and raised in and around the Minneapolis, Minnesota area, Franciska lived a good portion of her life in the North Star State, prior to moving to Florida three years ago. Franciska is a mother of two adult sons: ages 34 and 30. She also has a granddaughter and a grandson. Previously married, Franciska now lives with her domestic partner Michael.

Franciska and Michael have been together for more than a decade and share a passion for bowling. Both are avid bowlers and play on a bowling league several evenings a week and weekends, as well as in bowling tournaments. Franciska notes that she has achieved the highest bowling score of 300 or the “Perfect Game,” numerous times in competitions and tournaments. Franciska and Michael are avid football fans as well, and rate the Minnesota Vikings as their favorite team.

 

Educated at Fridley High School in Fridley Minnesota, Franciska also attended Minneapolis Tech college, Real Estate School and Cosmetology school. Prior to working at 24 Hour Floor, Franciska worked in property management and sales. She has worked for Culligan Water and Sears Home Improvement, as well as in the heating, air and steel industry.


While working in property management in Minnesota, Franciska was able to assist a homeless veteran find a home. “His mother contacted me at the time and asked if there was a way to help him since he was living in the woods homeless,” noted Franciska. “We were able to process the paperwork and find him a home to live in. This is perhaps one of the memorable things I’ve worked,” Franciska added.

Franciska is pleased to be at 24 Hour Floor. “I love the opportunity to be able to learn and grow with our company at 24 Hour Floor, as well as work with our teams and to build lasting relationships with our customers,” commented Franciska.

 

In addition to bowling, Franciska also likes to camp, fish and go horseback riding. Travel is also high up on Franciska’s list and she counts Cabo San Lucas in Mexico as her favorite destination. “I loved coming to Florida too from Minnesota for many years. I love the sunshine and the ocean,  and that’s why I moved here,” concluded Franciska.
